Omistajamuutos Scancerco Oy:ssä

Scancerco Oy:n osakeomistuksesta 47 % osuus siirtyi 30.10.2017 tehdyllä kaupalla itävaltalaisen Ascalon Holding GmbH:n omistukseen. Kaupan toinen vaihe toteutui 14.5.2019, jolloin tehdyllä kaupalla Ascalon Holding GmbH hankki omistukseensa jäljellä olleet osakkeet.

Ascalon Holding GmbH on toimialalla kansainvälisesti operoivan markkinajohtajan VBH:n ja saksalaisen ESCO Metallbausysteme GmbH:n enemmistöosakas. VBH on toiminut Scancercon pitkäaikaisena yhteistyökumppanina vuosien ajan. Ascalon Holding GmbH:n 100 % omistaja, Victor Trenev on vahva vaikuttaja toimialalla ja hän omistaa myös merkittävän ja kokoluokaltaan suuren rakennustarvikkeiden tukkukaupan, TBM:n. Yritys toimii Venäjällä, Valko-Venäjällä, Kazakstanissa ja Moldovassa.

Kaupan myötä Scancerco Oy:n tavarantoimittajakontaktien määrä on kasvanut ja kasvaa edelleen, mikä mahdollistaa asiakkaille huomattavasti aiempaa laajemman tuotevalikoiman uusien tuotteiden, tuoteratkaisujen ja tuoteryhmien muodossa myös vientimarkkinoille.

Ownership change at Scancerco Oy

On 30 October 2017, 47 % of Scancerco Oy’s shareholding was transferred to the Austrian Ascalon Holding GmbH. The second phase of the deal was completed on May 14, 2019, when Ascalon Holding GmbH acquired the remaining shares through the deal.

Ascalon Holding GmbH is the majority shareholder of the internationally operating market leader VBH and ESCO Metallbausysteme GmbH in Germany. VBH has been a long-term partner of Scancerco for years. The sole owner of Ascalon Holding GmbH, Victor Trenev, is a strong player in the industry and he owns a major and large-scale wholesale company of building materials, TBM, which operates in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Moldova.

With the acquisition, Scancerco Oy’s supplier contacts has grown and will continue growing, enabling customers a wider range of new products, product solutions and product categories, offering products also to export markets.
