Tapio started in Scancerco 1996 as a salesperson. Later he was working as a product manager having responsibilites among customerships in product assortment and its development, product quality and product development. He was nominated CEO in Scancerco 1.6.2017. He also leads the sales department and being in charge in product assortment and quality control. He is also a member of product development team.
Tapio´s career has started from carpenter industry and he have had his own carpenter business. He needed to change the career having a allergy in wood dust and started working in Scanfinn (today Scancerco).
Working with hands is something Tapio loves to do. He is always working in all kind of buiding-projects, wood- and metalworks, spray painting, furniture restoration and upholstery. Having the wife with the same passion in building things, there´s always some building going on.
